Gift Wale Bhaiya ships across India from Vidisha, Madhya Pradesh. This policy explains how long orders take to prepare, when they are dispatched, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.
Order processing
Personalised products (photo Rakhis, name plates, custom prints) are dispatched within 24–48 hours of your order being placed and your photo or name being confirmed.
Non-personalised products are dispatched within 24 hours.
Orders containing personalised items may take a little longer, because each one is prepared specifically to your instructions and checked before dispatch.
Delivery time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location, the product, and the courier. You'll receive a tracking link by SMS, WhatsApp or email once your order ships.
Shipping charges
Shipping is free on orders above ₹499. Below that, charges are calculated at checkout based on your pincode and shown before you pay.
Ordering for a festival
During Raksha Bandhan and other peak periods, courier networks are slower and order volumes are higher. We recommend ordering at least 5–7 days before the festival so your gift arrives in time.
Personalisation details are your responsibility
Please check names, spellings, text and photographs carefully before submitting your order. Production begins shortly after confirmation, and personalisation errors supplied by the customer may not qualify for a replacement or refund.
If something arrives damaged or wrong
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the product and its packaging. Please keep the packaging until the issue is resolved.
