**Personalised items**
Because items like Photo Rakhis, Name Rakhis and personalised combos are made specifically to your order (your photo, your chosen name), we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these once production has started, except in the case of damage or a manufacturing defect.
**Non-personalised items**
For non-personalised items (e.g. plain Evil Eye Rakhis, Infinity Rakhis, Roli Chaval bottles), we accept returns within 3 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Delivery and handling charges can be deducted from final refund.
**Damaged or incorrect items**
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. Unboxing video is compulsory to claim refund.

**Refunds**
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
